Meet Our Founder
Jacquee Kurdas
Bloom Grant Consulting was founded by Jacquee Kurdas, a grant strategist and nonprofit consultant with a background in social work, nonprofit leadership, and institutional fundraising. She has helped nonprofit organizations secure more than $14 million in grant funding.
Before founding Bloom, Jacquee served as a one-person development department, balancing grants alongside events, communications, donor stewardship, and countless competing priorities. She understands firsthand what it's like to "wear many hats" while trying to build a sustainable fundraising program.
She founded Bloom to be the partner she wished she had—one who brings strategy, organization, and dependable support while feeling like an extension of the team. Today, Bloom helps nonprofits build stronger grant programs that increase funding, strengthen internal capacity, and create lasting impact.
